The following itinerary is an example of a possible route with various activities.
It can reorganized to fit your interests, budget and schedule. It can also be combined with any of the other programs on our website.


Day 1 - Rome

Upon your arrival in Rome at Leonardo Da Vinci Airport you will be met and transferred by a private driver. He will bring you to your downtown Rome hotel.

Rome - 1° Overnight


Day 2 - Rome - San Gimignano - Lucca - 354 km

Breakfast at your hotel, this morning we suggest you to visit on your own the Imperial Rome that includes Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, Circus Maximus and Pyramid. After lunch independent transfer to Rome train station to take your rental car and drive north into Tuscany, where you will stay the next three nights in the typically ‘Tuscan’ town of Lucca - a medieval walled city, filled with palaces, churches and ancient houses. Before arriving in Lucca, we suggest a stop at San Gimignano.

Lucca - 2° Overnight


Day 3 - Lucca - Pisa - 40 km

This morning after breakfast at your hotel, we suggest you to drive to nearby Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower, Cathedral and Baptistery in the magnificent Piazza dei Miracoli. As a highlight you drive into the picturesque Tuscan countryside to visit a local Olive Farmhouse Estate, and enjoy an olive oil tasting accompanied by Tuscan wines and a selection of antipasto including local meats, cheese and bread - all specialities of this region, followed by a light lunch.

In the afternoon return to Lucca to take a short guided walking tour of this beautiful city. The remainder of your evening is free to explore its charms. Perhaps visit the former home of Puccini, where he wrote Turandot or borrow one of the hotel’s bicycles to cycle, or walk, around the entire town on top of the broad city walls.

Lucca - 3° Overnight


Day 4 - Lucca - Florence - 90 km

After breakfas at your hotel, drive to nearby Firenze (Florence) where you can take a local guide will bring to life this truly beautiful city which is otherwise known as the ‘Cradle of the Renaissance’. Your tour starts with a visit to the famous Accademia Gallery, home to Michelangelo’s ‘David’ and numerous other extraordinary Italian, Florentine and Renaissance works of art. We see the Duomo and take in the magnificent statues in the Piazza della Signoria. Your afternoon is entirely free to enjoy Florence at your own pace. Espresso Coffee on Piazza Santa Croce where Michelangelo is buried? A gelato whilst strolling across the Ponte Vecchio? And then, of course, there is the excellent shopping.

Florence - 4° Overnight


Day 5 - Florence - Padova - Grand Venetian Villa (Treviso) - 260 km

After breakfast at your hotel, drive to the Grand Venetian Villa near Treviso (Veneto). En route you might want to visit Padua with its famous Basilica of Saint Anthony of Padua. The remainder of the evening is at leisure.

Day 6 - Venice - 60 km

Today you will reach by car the nearby Venezia (Venice) – arguably one of the most romantic cities in the world. At Tronchetto we board a private boat to take us along the magnificent Grand Canal to St Marc’s Square, where we join our expert local guide for a walking tour through the central city’s historic back streets to the famous Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square. We have included visits to St Mark’s Cathedral, the pink and white marble Doges Palace and Bridge of Sighs.

The rest of the day is free to meander through the myriad of narrow, water lined streets and alleys spanned by humped back bridges. Dinner this evening is back in ‘your’ magnificent Villa.

Grand Venetian Villa (Treviso) - 6° Overnight


Day 7 - Grand Venetian Villa - Vicenza - 140 km

Today is dedicated to visit the beautiful Vicenza. Rich in history and culture, Vicenza was awarded UNESCO World heritage status principally due to the legacy left by the famous local architect Andrea Palladio. Considered one of the greatest architects of all time, you will find more than 16 of his palaces and villas scattered through the compact old town. In the glorious Piazza dei Signori, you will find the most beautiful of all – the Basilica Palladiana.

A optional local guide will join us for a walking tour of the medieval and renaissance town centre, and later you will have free time to explore and enjoy the excellent shopping down the central Corso. Mid-afternoon, we will return to your villa to rest and relax before enjoying a special dinner.

Grand Venetian Villa (Treviso) - 7° Overnight


Day 8 - Grand Venetian Villa - Verona - Milan - 290 km

After breakfast at your hotel you will drive west and make a lunchtime stop to explore Verona, the city where tragic lovers, Romeo and Juliet, avowed a love that spanned the centuries. Later in the afternoon we continue to Milan. The remainder of the day is free to explore this famous feshion capital.

Milan - 8° Overnight


Day 9 - Milan - End of your tour

Arrivederci! After breakfast at your hotel a private transfer will be provided to Milan airport for your connecting flight and head back home.
