The following itinerary is an example of a possible route with various activities.
It can reorganized to fit your interests, budget and schedule. It can also be combined with any of the other programs on our website.


Day 1 - Milan - Maggiore Lake

Upon your arrival in Milan at Malpensa International Airport you will be met and transferred by a private driver to Maggiore Lake. He will bring you to your downtown Stresa hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is at your leisure to form your first impression of northern italian lakes. Rest up and later enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant around your hotel.

Day 2 - Maggiore Lake

Set between Piedmont, Lombardy, and Switzerland, Lake Maggiore is a paradise of crystal waters, backed by towering mountains and surrounded by lush countryside. The day is yours to relax or to enjoy some of the many activities available around the lake.

Maybe join an optional boat trip to the Borromean Islands of Pescatori and Isola Bella, with time to visit the extravagant Borromeo Palace, built like a ship anchored just off the shoreline.

Day 3 - Lugano Lake

After breakfast at your hotel, pick up your hire car, leave Lake Maggiore and cross the border into Switzerland, and head towards beautiful Lake Lugano and the stylish city that bears its name. Time to stroll along the lakeside promenade, window shop on refined Via Nassa, or sip an espresso on the Piazza Riforma.

Days 4 - Como Lake

After breakfast at your hotel, leave Switzerland and cross back into Italy, driving to Lake Como to reach your accommodation in the late morning, where you'll spend two nights. The balance of the day is free to explore the surrounding area on your own.

Day 5 - Como Lake

Today after your breakfast at your hotel, drive to Como, situated on the banks of the lake, encircled by enchanting hills and famours for being the birthplace of many historically notable figures including the scientist Alessandro Volta.
Here you you will have free time to check out the many interesting sites whilst meandering through the streets of Como, visit the historical monuments, beautiful villas and breath-taking sights. In the afternoon reach our hotel located right on the lake Como to enjoy it.

Day 6 - Bellagio - Bergamo

After breakfast take a ferry across the lake Como towards Bellagio, a small village at the tip of a long hilly promontory between the two southern branches of Lake Como. This elegant but tiny town is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the lovely views, classy boutiques, two gardens to visit, picturesque lanes, a choice of restaurants and bars.

After Bellagio, drive to Bergamo. In the Alpine foothills, just 50 km from Milan, Bergamo is the most striking city in Lombardy. Structured in two levels, the lower city is more modern and dynamic, whilst the famous ‘upper city’ boasts a stunning historic centre full of monuments and works of art.

Day 7 - Garda Lake - Sirmione

Today after your breakfast, leaving behind Bergamo and drive east through the Po Valley, then catch your first glimpses of Lake Garda as you stop in Sirmione, the picturesque spa town on the south shore of Lake Garda and where you will spent the next night. Stroll among the many shops and ice cream parlors that line the narrow cobblestone streets.

Later, arrive to your hotel and check in. Overnight.

Day 8 - Garda Lake

Cradled in the Italian Alps just south of the Dolomites Mountains and midway between Verona and Brescia, Lake Garda is surrounded by picturesque villages lining its shores, soaring Alpine peaks, verdant olive groves, sprawling vineyards and medieval castles towering high above the villages.

Your journey begins in the south from Sirmione and travels north along the east coast, along your route you will pass splendid village on the shore, villas and beautiful gardens. Just arrived to Riva del Garda, check in at your hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 9 - Riva del Garda

Today take a visit of Riva del Garda or simply Riva. The largest and most popular resort village on the shores of Lake Garda, Riva is world-renowned for its water-sport adventures, pristine beaches and first-class resorts, and despite its status as the "largest and most popular," you never feel overrun by the throngs drawn to other tourist-laden cities.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure. Later dinner and overnight.

Riva del Garda - 9° Overnight


Day 10 - Verona

Today after breakfast at your hotel, drive to Verona, medieval setting of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, and check in at your hotel. After take pictures of Juliet’s balcony and rub the shining breast on her statue for good luck.

Continue to the Arena, an incredibly well-preserved pink marble Roman amphitheater, where gladiators once fought. Built in the 1st century AD, it is now the magical venue for world-famous opera performances. Balance of the day is at leisure.

Verona - 10° Overnight


Day 11 - Milan

After breakfast, drive back to Milan and check in at your hotel. The rest of the day you can enjoy a walking tour with a Local Guide. Start with a visit to the Sforzesco Castle grounds. Then, visit Duomo Square with its magnificent gothic Duomo, the glass-domed Galleria, and admire the famous La Scala Opera House.

Milan - 11° Overnight


Day 12 - End of your tour

Arrivederci! After breakfast at your hotel a departure transfer will be provide to Milan Malpensa airport for your intercontinental flight back to home.
